Auction Info & Rules

    1. Bid only the minimum and maximum amount that you can and are willing to pay for this item.
    2. Bids will be updated twice a day to reflect the current highest bid. ( 9am / 9pm EST. )
    3. The winning bidder will be contacted at close of auction by Legendary ATV Society.
    4. The winning bidder will be provided a link by Legendary ATV Society to make a small non-refundable deposit.
    5. Deposits are required to be made within 24hrs of auction close or second highest bidder takes winning position.
    6. Once the deposit is made, Legendary ATV Society will provide the buyer the Sellers complete information and vice versa.
    7. The buyer and seller will connect and complete the sale / transaction privately for the winning bid amount less deposit.
    8. Please bid and use this platform in Good Faith. Providing false bids or bad information will lead to site wide ban.
    9. Legendary ATV Society does our best to vet items prior to being auctioned and requires clear and thorough information from the seller. Our goal is to have items represented as transparently and truthfully as possible, but please use your best judgement when committing to a bid and sale as Legendary ATV Society cannot and does not represent the ownership or warranty the stated condition of auction items. Legendary ATV Society can only provide good faith information on condition that was provided by the seller. All items are sold "AS IS"
    10. If buyer or seller fail to conclude the sale for whatever reason, Legendary ATV Society will do it's best to help mediate a satisfactory conclusion. Legendary ATV Society reserves the right to then decide if the failing party will be removed or banned from future activity. Deposit will be refunded only if Seller fails to meet the terms of the auction and does not complete the sale / transaction with buyer.
